Renowned Telugu film producer-distributor Gujjalapudi Hari Kumar, aka Nellore Hari, passed away on Sunday (May 14) due to cardiac arrest. He was 43, and the news about his demise left the entire Tollywood industry in shock. Nellore Hari was one of the most powerful and popular names in the Telugu film distribution circuit, especially in the Nellore region. He would handle the distribution of theatrical releases for a few high-profile Telugu films. His demise has left many Tollywood celebs heartbroken. Nagarjuna Akkineni, Nithiin, and other Telugu superstars have mourned the demise of Nellore Hari on social media. Nellore Hari was very close to many Telugu actors. Nithiin took to his X handle and shared a picture of the late producer and penned a long emotional note. In the note, Nithiin stated that he is deeply shaken by the loss of Gujjalapudi Hari Kumar Garu. For him, Hari was not just a friend but was family.
