Just a few days ago, the official launch date of the upcoming Vivo V80 was announced for the Indian market. Now, in a recent development, the India price of the phone has surfaced online through credible sources. According to popular tipster Ahsan Kharbai, the 8GB RAM variant of the phone with 128GB internal storage will be available in the market for Rs 1,19,999 on the box. However, he further claimed that the device could ship in India at a price point near Rs 60,000, which sounds pretty decent. The phone will be launching in India on October 6 at 12:00 PM as per the Indian Standard Time (IST). It will be shipping in three different colour options, including Stellar Black, Sunrise Anthem, and Horizon Blue. Apart from that, the handset will be available for purchase on multiple platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and authorised offline Vivo stores as well. The Vivo V80 is bringing a camera system in collaboration with ZEISS optics, and the main sensor is going to be a 50MP ZEISS lens with Optical Image Stabilisation, along with a 50MP ZEISS Night Telephoto sensor, and an ultra-wide-angle sensor as well. For capturing selfies and attending video calls, the phone will be packing a 50MP ZEISS Group Selfie snapper. The front camera of the device will support 4K Cinematic Video and 4K recording at 60FPS. Apart from that, it will also pack 30 AI tools, including AI Diwali Portrait 2.0, Pet Pals, Snap Note, and more. As for the display, the phone will feature a 6.59-inch 1.5K OLED display coupled with up to 144Hz refresh rate and support for 1.07 billion colours. It will also get 5000 nits of peak brightness along with ultra-low brightness mode. The handset will be shipped in three different colour options, Stellar Black, Horizon Blue, and Sunrise Anthem. It will be powered by a 7200mAh battery along with 90W fast charging support. According to Vivo, the phone will be able to get from zero to 50 per cent in 30 minutes.
