Seo Kang-joon has reportedly moved into a luxurious residence in Seoul’s prestigious Samseong-dong. According to a recent video by YouTube channel, the actor shifted from Seongsu-dong to the upscale neighbourhood in 2025 after selling his Trimage apartment. His new residence is part of an exclusive enclave known for its privacy and high-profile residents, including several prominent Korean celebrities. The area has previously been home to stars such as Jun Ji-hyun, Rain and Lee Mi-yeon, while Kim Seung-woo, Kim Nam-joo and Song Hye-kyo are among those associated with the neighbourhood. According to a recent video uploaded by YouTube channel Wander Planet, Seo Kang-Joon has reportedly purchased a luxury residence in Samseong-dong, Seoul. The report claims that the actor moved from Seongsu-dong to Samseong-dong in 2025. The residence is located in an upscale residential enclave known for its luxury detached homes and high-profile residents. Seo reportedly sold his Trimage apartment in Seongsu-dong for 5.8 billion won before purchasing his new Samseong-dong property for 6 billion won. The actor’s new home reportedly spans 287 square metres and features four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The Samseong-dong enclave has reportedly been home to several well-known Korean celebrities over the years. Former residents include Jun Ji-Hyun, Rain, Lee Mi-Yeon, Cha In-Pyo and Shin Ae-Ra. Kim Seung-Woo, Kim Nam-Joo and Song Hye-Kyo are among the celebrities currently associated with the neighbourhood. The area also includes the property where Son Ye-jin lived before her marriage to Hyun Bin. She reportedly sold that residence for 4.8 billion won. The upscale residential building where Seo Kang-joon is reportedly staying has 13 units, with one residence located on each floor.
