Tesla Flying Car
Tesla has revealed its much-anticipated next-generation Roadster. Gone are the days when electric cars were seen only as a sustainable mode of transport. What if an e-supercar could do more than just sprint from 0 to 100km/h? The long-awaited new Tesla Roadster has answered the question by pushing those limits. At its global debut event in Texas, the EV was shown performing aerial manoeuvres using rocket thrusters developed with SpaceX. This raises an intriguing question that could the new Tesla Roadster be the closest thing to a flying car? The Roadster's return marks notable progress in a project first announced in 2017. That said, interested buyers will have to wait longer for the production car, as Tesla is targeting 2028 to begin manufacturing the electric sports car. It has not announced any details of the new Roadster's India launch. The Elon Musk-led brand's India model range is restricted to the newly introduced Model Y Premium RWD and the three-row Model Y L. Whether Tesla will eventually bring its rocket-thruster-equipped flagship to the Indian market remains to be seen. The debut comes nearly nine years after Tesla first showcased concept in 2017. As seen in the most recent global reveal, the all-electric supercar has an ‘Ano White’ paintwork. Thegold-tinted windows are inspired by astronaut helmet visors. The Roadster's design also incorporates active aerodynamic elements aimed at improving stability at high speeds. However, Tesla may revise some exterior details before production begins. The new Roadster stands out with its SpaceX-linked thruster technology. Sanorita is a bibliophile who loves finding quiet corners to read, reflect, and write.
