The IGNOU Campus Placement Cell is going to organise a Mega Campus Placement Drive on April 29, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the BR Ambedkar Convention Centre, which is the IGNOU Headquarters. This placement drive is open to IGNOU students as well as alumni and provides the applicants with more than 200 job opportunities across various sectors. The placement drive will provide opportunities in various sectors, such as EdTech, aviation, hospitality, services, and NGOs. Students from different academic backgrounds, such as BA, B.Com, B.Sc., BBA, B.Ed., and diploma courses, are eligible to participate in the placement drive. Along with that, the final-year students, graduates, and even freshers can apply for the positions that are available. Applicants need to bring their respective CVs (two copies) to the placement drive. They will also have to carry a government ID or IGNOU ID card and passport-sized photographs. They should also bring their educational certificates and experience certificates (if any). The placement drive is applicable to students from various streams such as BA, B.Com, B.Sc., BBA, B.Ed., M.Com, diploma or PG diploma. This is open to final year students, pass-outs and current students. The students must have good communication and teamwork skills. Employers may also demand additional skills, such as flexibility, time management, digital literacy and creativity, depending on the job profile. It is advised that the applicants read the job descriptions thoroughly. They also have to register through Google Forms or QR codes, as they may not be counted otherwise.
