Renu Sudhi in critical condition after fifth chemotherapy (Image Credit: Instagram) Renu Sudhi, who participated in Bigg Boss Malayalam season 7, has been diagnosed with cancer. She is a content creator and came into the spotlight after her husband died in 2023. Since the age of 15, she has been living with a lump in her body. However, it has become malignant recently. According to her friend Sarika KB revealed that Renu’s condition is critical. The Bigg Boss Malayalam 7 contestant’s sister told Sarika that her condition worsened after chemotherapy at Government Medical College in Kottayam. In a video on Instagram, Sarika said, "Reality is often bitter, and I am here to tell you about a bitter reality. The condition of my dear friend Renu is very, very bad. She is in a critical condition. Her platelet count has dropped drastically. She has been admitted to the hospital. The doctor has said that Renu cannot withstand another round of chemotherapy, and that the hospital authorities cannot take such a risk." Sarika further shared that post-chemotherapy sessions, Renu would be excited to make videos. After the fifth session, she wasn’t able to do so. According to her, a PICC line has been attached to the content creator’s body as she is unable to eat. In a previous interview with a local Kerala portal, Renu said, “I have cancer. I kept this hidden from those who love me all this time. But now, I feel it is time to speak out. People have many misconceptions; for instance, many think this was confirmed in Dubai, but that is not the case. I first noticed a lump in my breast when I was 15 years old. That lump has now turned into cancer.” Renu Sudhi is the second wife of renowned comedian and mimicry artiste Kollam Sudhi. She became famous after his demise in a road accident in June 2023. While she first gained prominence on social media by appearing in reels, music albums, and glamorous photoshoots, she was mocked by bullies for not conforming to society's perception of a widow.
