Nagar emphasised that authenticity will remain at the heart of Hanuman Ansh 2. She explained that while recreating the period depicted in the film, the landscape, visual texture and atmosphere are just as important as the characters. The producer said the makers are conscious about how they use their resources, particularly after receiving such an overwhelming response to the first film. She added that if the story genuinely demands a larger canvas, the team will not hesitate to increase the budget. Addressing the reported budget of the first film, Nagar revealed that Hanuman Ansh was made for slightly more than Rs 1.5 crore but remained below Rs 2 crore. She also clarified that the film had three producers, with each contributing one-third of the investment.
