Bhuvneshwar Kumar has managed one wicket in three inings since his return. Bhuvneshwar, who made his much-awaited India return after four years, made way for Mayank Yadav. Mayank scalped three wickets in the fixture and he has fixed his spot in the playing XI. Bhuvneshwar, who has been dropped from the playing XI, could also lose his place in the squad for the next series. Ahead of the fifth T20I, Aakash Chopra shared his take on Bhuvneshwar and said that questions are being asked about his return. Speaking on his YouTube channel, Chopra said that Bhuvneshwar's return hasn't turned out to be the way the fans were hoping for. "Prasidh Krishna has not been selected in the ODI team because he is injured. But it's not like Bhuvi has been picked in the one-day team. He has played three matches and has leaked so many runs that questions are being asked about his comeback. Amidst all this, he has been made to sit out, which only raises further questions about his comeback," Chopra said on his YouTube Channel. "It almost seems like the Indian management is saying we have had enough. So, this comeback is not turning out the way the Indian fans were hoping for. It seems that there is a slight break here as far as his comeback is concerned," he added. Bhuvneshwar Kumar has struggled since his return. He leaked 49 runs and failed to take a wicket in the first T20I against New Zealand. India chased down the target of 226 in the final over. Bhuvneshwar only managed one wicket for 50 runs in four overs in the second game. India once again completed the chase in the 20th over. The right-arm pacer went wicketless in the third T20I and spent 40 runs. India chased down 199 in only 13.2 overs to gain an unassailable lead of 3-0. The visitors lost the fourth game by 87 runs.
