Sharing an update on the group's future plans, HYBE said, "They will continue their tour until the first half of next year to meet fans around the world. They will simultaneously work on music and various projects to prepare for an even broader range of activities." The announcement suggests that BTS will remain active on multiple fronts, balancing their group commitments with individual projects. While the agency has not disclosed specific details about the upcoming releases or solo ventures, it has assured fans that discussions are underway regarding the members' activities after the ARIRANG world tour. The excitement does not end with the currently announced tour schedule. HYBE has also indicated that additional concert plans will be revealed in the coming months, giving ARMY more opportunities to catch the seven-member group live. The agency stated, "Through various forms of discussions with the BTS members (RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V and Jungkook) we are pondering their activities following the ARIRANG world tour." It further added, "We also plan to reveal additional concert plans regarding the world tour. We are preparing both group and solo activities after the tour as well." Although the exact schedule remains under wraps, the statement indicates that HYBE is exploring multiple possibilities for BTS beyond their ongoing global tour. Fans can therefore look forward to more updates on the group's music, performances and individual endeavours. HYBE's latest announcement comes alongside an impressive financial performance. On November 3, the entertainment company reported consolidated operating profit of 188.5 billion won for the third quarter of 2026, marking a significant turnaround from the operating loss of 42.2 billion won recorded during the same period last year. The company's revenue stood at 1.5257 trillion won, registering a 109.8% year-on-year increase. Its net profit also turned positive at 11.3 billion won. HYBE's third-quarter operating profit reportedly exceeded market expectations of 166 billion won by 13.6%. With cumulative revenue reaching 3.674 trillion won through the first three quarters of 2026, HYBE is also moving closer to becoming the first domestic music agency to achieve annual revenue of 4 trillion won. Commenting on the performance, HYBE said, "Both revenue and operating profit reached their highest quarterly records." The company further noted that its previous quarterly record was 1.45 trillion won in revenue and 170.9 billion won in operating profit, achieved in the second quarter of 2026 when BTS' ARIRANG world tour began. BTS' global touring success played a significant role in HYBE's latest financial performance. The company's concert revenue reached 726.8 billion won in the third quarter, setting a new quarterly record. According to HYBE, nearly one million fans visited merchandise sales venues across 12 cities over 45 days, with approximately two million merchandise items sold. HYBE explained that it had moved beyond a business model where merchandise sales were largely concentrated at the beginning of a tour. Instead, it created opportunities for continuous purchases and fan engagement throughout the touring period. The company believes this growth reflects the success of its multi-home, multi-genre strategy and its efforts to expand beyond traditional music and entertainment operations. With BTS continuing their ARIRANG world tour into 2027 and more group and solo projects in preparation, the coming year could mark another significant chapter for the global K-pop phenomenon.
